Black Friday electric scooter deals are racing to US and UK retailers more than ever now. As the market continues to expand and the general public becomes more environmentally friendly, the demand for electric scooters will naturally only go up. The same can be said for the number of deals we expect to see once the main sales event rolls around in November.

Prices have been steadily falling on some of the new releases in the world of electric scooters, so you can get your hands on a model with better build qualities and more sophisticated specs for less. The discounts continue to pop up throughout the year but Black Friday has proven time and time again that it's the one to beat for the biggest cuts.

From electric scooters with a host of additional features to foldable numbers that are good to travel with, there are plenty of options out there. With Walmart, Amazon, Best Buy, and more in the US and the likes of Currys and Halfords seeing discounts on their range of electric scooters, we've put together the biggest deals we've seen over the past year and what we expect for the best Black Friday electric scooter deals later this year.

Black Friday electric scooter deals will begin on November 24th, 2023. It's likely that during the week leading up to Black Friday, we'll start to see several retailers putting deals early. Sometimes this has proven to be better than the main event itself. Additionally, there will be a second chance to grab a bargain via Cyber Monday on November 27th, 2023.

We'll be bringing you all the biggest Black Friday electric scooter deals as soon as they hit the market right here, but if you're going it alone this year you'll also find the retailers we'll be searching through just below.

There are more electric scooters than ever with new brands coming out of the woodwork every week. As the competition is only set to intensify further, we're expecting Black Friday electric scooter deals to follow suit as well. Not to mention, as people generally become more environmentally friendly, electric scooters become one of the best alternatives to car travel. If laws in the UK change so you can ride an electric scooter on a public road then that could be significant too.

Plenty of the best models that enjoyed record-low prices in November last year are still available, but we're finding newer models are now coming in at lower price tags right from the off to help appeal to the broader market. As we tend to see with newer technology, the costs of these roamers are falling which translates to even better prices when it comes to holiday shopping.

Naturally, there are a handful of models that we highly recommend looking into because of their quality and high rate of discounts that have been applied in the past, something we expect to see again. Each scooter does come down to your own personal preference, though. You need to take into account the battery life, mileage, weight, and design to see if it matches what you want.

Last year, we saw major reductions across the board for Segway, Razor, Hover, Pure Air, and more. For instance, the Segway F30 was reduced to below $500 from $650 while kids' electric scooters like the Segway Ninebot A6 and Zinc E4 dropped to under $100. Of course, as the year progresses the picture will become even clearer as to what deals will be on offer.

Choosing the right model for you is going to be essential in finding the best Black Friday electric scooter deals. You can spend some serious cash on these rollers, but if you're spending above your needs that's going to be wasted. Similarly, splashing too little can see you lumped with a set of wheels that can't hack your routine. The two main factors you should consider first are max speed and max range. A scooter battery can only take you so far, after all.

In general the majority of scooters under $300 / £300 can max out at around 15mph for 10 miles, boosting up to $500 / £500 will extend things to up to 20 miles while keeping a similar speed, and premium models reaching past this point will generally hit 20mph speeds for between 20 and 26 miles.

You will also need to check the weight limit of your chosen scooter. Generally, most rides can take between 200lb and 300lb of weight, but there are options over that scale as well. It's important to factor backpacks into this equation as well.

Consider your route too - speed is one thing but acceleration and hill-climbing is another. The majority of cheaper electric scooters will only come packed with a 250W motor, which likely won't see you up the steepest of inclines. If you're going to be powering up hills, we'd recommend looking at models with 300W of power or more. Similarly, a bumpy road may be your nemesis if you don't take a look at your tyres. Pneumatic wheels are falling down the price scale quickly these days, offering a smoother ride for far less cash than we were seeing just last year. Rubber tyres are even cheaper still, but you will need feel those potholes all the more.

Segway Ninebot A6 kids electric scooter | $199.99 $99.99 at Best Buy Save $100 - The Segway Ninebot A6 is designed for kids, with its 3-mile operating range and 7.4mph top speed. It still commanded a fairly high price tag, though, which is why this $100 discount at Best Buy was working so hard at $99.99.

Razor Power Core E90 Electric Scooter | $179.99 $125.99 at Amazon Save $54 - This Razor kids pink scooter (designed for eight and upwards) was down by 30% and can go up to 10mph.

Segway Ninebot Electric Kick Scooter | $269.99 $144.49 at Amazon Save $126 - If you really wanted to treat the kids, then the Segway Ninebot is the perfect answer to this with a 6.2-mile range, 8.7mph top speed, and lightweight build at 17.6lbs. At $144 in savings, this limited-time deal was a winner.

Razor Power Core E100 electric scooter | $209.99 $159.99 at Amazon Save $50 - This popular Razor Power core offers an 11mph speed limit and 60 min ride time for kids ages 8 and upwards. It sold out due to the deal being that good.

Hover-1 Dynamo electric scooter | $298.00 $198.00 at Walmart Save $100 - With an easily foldable design, 16mph max speed, and a 9-mile range, the Hover-1 is the perfect commuting scooter. Not only that, but the affordable gadget was super cheap at Walmart, with $100 off the final price.

Swagtron Swagger 5 Boost electric scooter | $399.00 $198.00 at Walmart Save $201 - Walmart's early Black Friday electric scooter deals were offering a whopping $201 discount on this Swagtron Swagger 5 model. With a powerful 300W motor and 18mph max speed, this is one for more serious journeys.

AOVO Pro ES80 electric scooter | $439.00 $259.99 at Walmart Save $179 - Reduced by 40%, Walmart proved to be one of the best retailers for early Black Friday deals with this AOVO Pro foldable electric scooter (that is capable of a 21-mile range) being one of the highlights.

MICROGO M5 Pro electric scooter | $459.99 $279.99 at Walmart Save $180 - Arguably one of Walmart's best early Black Friday deals was this MICROGO M5 Pro Electric Scooter, which was reduced by almost 40%.

Segway F30 electric scooter | $649.99 $499.99 at Best Buy Save $150 - Down by 23% as part of Best Buy's early Black Friday deals, this Segway F30 offers a top speed of 15.5mph and an 18.6-mile range. It also sports a foldable design and Bluetooth security.

NIU KQi3 Pro electric scooter | $799 $599 at Best Buy Save $200 - If you were after something a little more hardcore, the NIU KQi3 proved to be a sure bet. Best Buy's early Black Friday electric scooter deals had this 31-mile scooter available for just $599, thanks to a massive $200 discount.

Megawheels | $339.99 $255.99 at Amazon Save $84 - One of the more popular Black Friday deals on Amazon was this 25% discount which sends the Megawheels scooter comfortably to its lowest price yet.

Zinc E4 Kids Folding Electric Scooter | £109.99 £89.99 at Currys Save £20 - A small discount but one that got you an electric scooter designed for kids in purple for under £100. With a max speed of 5mph and a range of up to 3.1 miles, this foldable electric scooter could make the perfect Christmas gift.

Segway Ninebot Zing C20 | £249.00 £229.00 at Currys Save £20 - It's a smaller saving, but Currys had one of the cheapest electric scooter deals for commuters. The Segway Ninebot Zing packs the 12.4-mile range and 9.9mph speed to see you through shorter trips throughout the day - at £229.

Pure Air Go 2nd Gen | £349.00 £299.00 at Pure Electric Save £50 - You got an excellent price on an electric scooter with a 350W motor and 20km range in Pure Electric's own early Black Friday deals. £50 off that £349 left the Pure Air Go at just £299.

Xiaomi Mi 1S | £429.00 £349 at Halfords Save £80 - The Xiaomi Mi 1S was down to £349 at Halfords with 20% off and a Black Friday price guarantee on top. That's perfect if you were after an 18-mile range and 250W motor at a great price.

Segway Ninebot F25E | £419.00 £359.00 at Currys Save £60 - You saved £60 on the Segway Ninebot F25E in Currys' early Black Friday electric scooter deals. That brought the £419 RRP down to just £359 right now. This model packs a max speed of 15.5mph and can run for up to 15.5 miles.

Eskuta KS-450 electric scooter | £469.99 £369.99 at Very Save £100 - A cheeky £100 saving could have been made on this Eskuta model, bringing it down to one of the cheapest prices we'd seen from retailers. It comes in a sleek silver color with a 30Km range on a single two to three-hour charge.

Hitway Pro electric scooter | £579.99 £492.99 at Amazon Save £87 - One of the higher-end scooters in the Hitway Pro saw a 15% discount, bringing it down to the cheapest price we'd seen at the retailer. It has a 500W motor, a top speed of 25km per hour, a 13AH battery, and comes with app functionality.

Pure Electric Air Pro | £599.00 £499.00 at Currys Save £100 - With a 31-mile range and 500W motor, this is a particularly powerful electric scooter. With a £100 discount at Currys, though, you could have picked up this speedster for just £499.

HWWH off road electric scooter | £1,999.00 £1,699.15 at Amazon Save £300 - Looking for something a bit different? Then the HWWH electric scooter might be for you with its off-roading capabilities, top speed of 53mph, and 100Km battery life.
